Friday night, June 1th grammy and grampy had a big fund raising party. Mom went out for a walk with me in the evening and we played a bit with Allie in the yard. Then I fell asleep, mama thought... As soon as she put me down in my crib I had to let her know that there was no chance that I'd sleep when 70 guests were out in the garden. I gave away some good screams and she picked me up and brought me downstairs :) And I like parties!!! I got to meet so many people, people that I never heard of and people that I have heard of. I got to spent some time with Ann Madzka and Barb Smith :) I know they have been sending cards and gifts to me, and I forgot to say thank you... Shame on me... Even if I think that my smiles said more than enough. But I'll do it now!! Thank you for the cards and the gifts :) But mostly, thank you for letting me play with you at the party :)
After meeting a lot of people I had a late "dinner" and went to bed at 21.00 (9.00 pm). Mom must have thought that someone stole me because she didn't have to get up feeding me during the night. I slept the hole night til 6.00 am. I am a good boy!! And the last two nights I did it again.
Yesterday was a long day, we went down to Traverse City to see my great grand parents. They are great! Now I know why it's called great grand parents!!! I'd like to see them again soon. Hopefully they come up to Burt Lake and visit :) We also went shopping for a chair for me. It's a kind that makes me be able to sit up even if I can't by myself yet. In the beginning I was a bit scared but when I felt that I could hold my head it was fun.
Today I have been a bit grumpy though, I feel so tired but I can't easilly go to sleep. Mom and dad said that I haven't been smiling as much today. What do they think? I have had a hard weekend with too little sleep. Who smiles a lot then???
